UES provides several different service and repair options for your barcode scanning gear. 

Our prices are very competitive and our work is second to none.

We offer standard repairs services in many forms. From simple "Flat Rate" or "Per Occurrence" services to a "Time & Material" repair. 

For the customer that wants a comprehensive service program we have the "Service Agreement" program that covers any and all repairs for a set price per device. This is paid annually or semi-annually.

We do have guidelines that need to be met. Not every repair is the same and certain issues require specific requirements. See below.

Service Guidelines

·  Physical Damage or Missing Parts may result in up-charges

·  Batteries are not included in the repair costs

·  Federal Express Ground Return shipping is Included in Repair Costs     

·  Each Repair carries a minimum 90-Day Warranty supported by UES

·  Three (3) to Five (5) Business Day Turnaround from our Facility in                         Danville, Virginia
